The private spaces are fully customizable and are enhanced by exceptional shared areas including the Lobby, the Bistro, two green Rooftops offering views of the Eiffel Tower, three fitness spaces, and a Wellness area equipped with infrared Saunas.

Reconfigured in 2023, kwerk Messine now provides 100% daylight offices, over 500 sqm of outdoor space (including rooftops and a courtyard), and nearly 1,400 sqm of dedicated space for services and receptions.

Each floor is available for full or partial rental, offering options for an Executive Office (starting from 9 sqm) or a Signature Suite (starting from 40 sqm).

Within these magnificent spaces, kwerk deploys its corporate hospitality services to enhance the quality of working time. All reception and wellness areas are exclusively for our members and can be privatized.
